If you need a pulley and you don't want to pay the highway robbery that is Sears replacement parts, then this is the pulley for you. I don't have anything meaningful to offer other than you should probably get some help doing this and get a manual if you can find it.

The way it should be
This pulley is a replacement for a plastic one that came on the Sears lawn tractor. What a difference having a pulley made from steel makes. No longer any vibrations or jerky starts.

Metal Not Plastic =)
This was the pulley I needed for my Craftsman 20 HP rider lawn mower. After 6 years the old pulley died (it was made of plastic) and I bought this one (made of metal). Worked like a charm, was easy to put on, and was a good price. I'm happy and the grass is short again.

Faster than Sears and Cheaper
Glad I found this online beats the hell out of loading tractor and taking it to sears , which means they would have had the tractor for months for a simple repair. Also need to replace the belts , again , found them here online thru this same company. Couldn't ask for better. My advice for anybody looking to buy a new tractor, stay away from the craftsman. The decks and pulleys just don't hold up like their tools do. If you already have one like I do you might want to consider replacing worn parts with the heavy duty ones. This company is the place to do it also, very happy with the service and the quick shipping.
